I informed the landlord's agent that we won't be renewing the tenancy agreement and requested a joint inspection to agree on the necessary works. However, she simply forwarded my message to the landlord, and I haven't heard back from them in four days. What should be done in this situation?

You can try sending a polite follow-up message to the agent, clearly requesting a response within a reasonable timeframe. If there’s still no reply, document all communication and consider contacting the landlord directly or issuing a formal notice regarding the inspection. If you have a tenant agent supporting your case, that tenant agent will help to take some steps at this juncture that will be critical in protecting your interests.

If not, you need to start collating photo and text records, serving necessary notices yourself. If the landlord remains uncontactable, you may have no choice but to make a judgement call on certain actions to move forward with if you foresee issues with regards to reinstatement or repairs when the unit when it is eventually handed over.
